He said something to my husband about his Marine Corps hat and they both hit it off right away being Marine Veterans. The rest was very easy. I was so nervous about the purchase and everyone was great and friendly. To end the process we met with Christine Klaben who finalized everything and got us out the door very quickly. We appreciate Jayson, Danny and Christine for all their help!!! We will defiantly be back. More

He was very friendly and took so much time to find the right car for our needs. Kenny took what we said about our finances seriously and cared what was needed to complete the sale. No pressure at all. Which is very important to me. I have been to other car dealers before and never have I felt that comfortable with a sales person. Usually there is that pressure to buy. Kenny was more interested in making us happy with no pressure. We will for sure recommend Klaben and mostly Kenny King as the sales rep. More

I just happened to stop in and see if Klaben had any 2015 Explorer's and that's when I met Buddy. He was so unlike any of the previous sales people I met at the other dealerships. His phrase "I'm here to help any way I can" meant that I could ask or say anything without feeling pressured while having all of my questions answered honestly. Truth be told, he is the main reason I bought that day. Not because they had something I really liked (I could buy the vehicle I bought anywhere) but due to feeling comfortable knowing I got a great deal and got the guidance I truly needed. We had zero intention of actually buying a car that night. However, when Tim Sterling began showing us the deals we could get, we became more intrigued. We went to the dealership later in the evening since we didn't intend to buy that night, but everyone was so helpful that we decided to sign and drive that night. Everyone was so willing to stay an hour past closing to help us. Would definitely recommend Klaben! More

Never had an issue with the vehicles or service or dealings throughout each and every lease period. Can not imagine ever trusting anyone but these two fine stellar gentlemen. We feel these men are not only our car dealership but our friends. Hard to come by in this day and age but throughout our association, they have remained concerned, caring and devoted to getting us what we want for what we can afford. I feel bad for anyone that has not had the good fortune to work with them. Selection below did not offer JEEP which is what I replaced Ford Edge with.
