Our story was that our daughter could not get rid of a seriously flawed car, of which my husband was the co-signer. 20 year old Samantha needed a fresh start and someone to believe in her and her alone. Danny not only listened, he made the impossible happen for her. She is now driving a 2014 Ford Focus, leasing it and building her credit. Once again our Ford dealer made it happen and I would recommend this dealer to anyone anytime. We still have one daughter who will need a new car soon and she and her fiancé will come to see Danny. He is nothing short of wonderful! One more nice thing; there were others at this dealership who recognized us from when we were here before. We were greeted with kindness and compassion. Ty Davis helped me from start to finish in an extreamly professional manner. Ty helped me narrow my choices down and finally a test drive. The first car he put me in was the one made for me! I waited to write this review so as to not include post buyers excitement. Its been 3 months now in my 2014 Focus and I am even more convinced I made the right choice now then I was driving off the lot. Buying or leasing a new car can be scary especially when you are trading in a car but I received a very fair trade in and an awesome experience at Klaben! Mr. Klaben even called me personally to go over a few items before the purchase was made, which made me feel like the owner actually takes time to deal with his customers and it was very refreshing.
