I test drove a Lincoln with Roscoe and explained my loyalty to Vandervere. He never once critcized them but stayed focus on what his company had to offer. He took the time to go over all the features shared some past experience of vehicles. I gave him the figures I was looking for and even though on that day I could not get the terms I needed Roscoe stayed in touch watched out for my best interest and was able to get me a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from another dealer and I am proud to say I have moved on to join the Lincoln family. Thanks to Roscoe I got one of my dream cars. Looking forward to the next one. Did not feel pushed at all When I walked into Klaben Lincoln sales floor I was greeted by Joe Bellian. I told him the car I was interested in. Joe went an got the car an began to tell me all about it. He continued while I drove an after we got back. Joe showed me how to work the many controls an button on the car. There was at no time any pressure from Joe to get this car. I did end up getting it with his help. Any time I have a question I do call Joe an he always gets a answer for me. I tell my friends to go to Klaben an look up Joe cause he'll take care of you. More

Dave and Kenny, are simply AWESOME and the number 1 reason for making this the best car buying experience ever. The day started with my plan to buy out the Fusion that I had been leasing. I was convinced that this was the best deal for me and was not going to be derailed. So, Kenny and Dave, listened patiently and respectfully to what I thought was the best deal for me. Then, they hit me with an offer that I just could not believe. So, my wife and I continued questioning it, and thinking what is the catch. We finally realized after discussing (without pressure from either Dave or Kenny) how that what we wanted definitely was not the best for us to take, and that they truly had our best interest at the top of their list and not just making a sale. Talk, about restoring our faith in salesmen and the whole car purchase process. They, could have gone with what I thought was right (which would have been easier for them, and not so great for me). They never smirked, laughed or made me feel that what I was requesting was not close to being a good deal for me. They repeatedly said, we are here to do what you want, but they would walk away feeling that they did not provide us (the customer) with the best deal. I really can’t say enough about Dave or Kenny –but want to again thank you and say God Bless you both. I also want to thank the Klaben family as well, you are top notch in every way. The atmosphere you have developed at Klaben Kent Lincoln is outstanding – top notch.
