Joe had taken my new Focus to the garage to get washed. He knew I had to go to work & was pressed for time. The garage was hours behind, so he washed my car himself so I could get to work in my new ride. THAT'S customer service!! More

I drug my feet on turning in my last vehicle as it was the last year of the old style Escapes. I loved my Escape and really didn't want to go to the new body style. Doug called me, we talked about the vehicle and he assured me I would love the new ones just as much. Not just as a salesman but he was truly sincere in what he was saying. When I arrived at the dealership there was no pressure and he didn't want me leaving with something if I wasn't going to be happy. I absolutely love my new Escape and Doug was right!
