JT is always straight and friendly, no tough negotiations or hassle. Believe it or not, we don't even bother to 'shop around' anymore. Besides being treated as family we liked the 'performance' of the sales team and JT. Patience is not necessarily our strong suit - so we were highly pleased o take delivery of our Mustang that was supposed to come in in march before Christmas. Kudos to Klaben! More
