Repeat Customer At my first visit to Klaben Ford I was welcomed by Bob Paytas. I liked the car and the service to the point that I leased a total of three Explores for 3 years each. The car that I own right now is an Edge. The car is in his fifth year and I already talked to Bob to replace the Edge for another Edge in 2015. In addition when my son needed to replace his very old car Bob helped to locate the right car, a Focus and the proper financing. We consider Bob a friend of the family. Another person that I would like to mentioned id Mike Branvold in the service department. He is also very friendly and thanks to his technical knowledge guides me well through the service requirements.
