I previously owned the Ford Taurus - actually three of them so it was a tough decision buying a Fusion over the new Taurus. The new Fusion basically is the old Taurus. Bob spent extra time with me at delivery explaining the multitude of things the car does. Even had to meet with him later to "retrain" me. Kenny found a way to make it happen Kenny King has been my salesman on 2 previous occasions - great experiences both times. Last weekend, I found myself in a pickle. My 15 year old vehic Kenny King has been my salesman on 2 previous occasions - great experiences both times. Last weekend, I found myself in a pickle. My 15 year old vehicle suffered a major engine event. Not wanting to put the necessary money into a car that old, my wife and I called Kenny. I explained our situation - we still had a year to pay on the Fusion we bought in 2010, but I needed a second vehicle. I laid out the parameters to Kenny what I would like. He listened and came back at me with the truth. He told me the first scenario I had in mind was not going to work, but he had an alternate plan geared to what I had told him. We negotiated a couple of different scenarios. Knowing the boundaries I asked him to work within, Kenny showed us a 2014 Focus that my wife fell in love with. Step 1 - Mama's happy. Step 2 - The negotiation. At the end of the night, I had upgraded from a 4 year old and 15 year old car to a 4 year old and a new car for just $13 a month difference. After everything was agreed to, I thanked Kenny for calming my frazzled nerves. He is a father with adult children as I am. I told him "Do you know the peace of mind you just gave me because my wife and kids now have a safe, reliable vehicle to ride in?" Kenny didn't need to answer, he just smiled and nodded his head. He completely understood. Selling cars is his job, but he is a wonderful, caring compassionate man. My wife and I are lucky to be considered his friend as well. Thanks, Kenny - you're the best! When we came back the next day to finalize all the paperwork, Christine was fantastic to work with. Very professional, and yet very easy going and approachable. Now all that is left to do is enjoy our Focus! More
