Switching to Ford (a Fusion) and getting a new car from Klaben was one of the best decisions I have made. Their service, especially the body shop, has been very good. They took my car for repair and I did not have to wait for an appointment. I didn't have it sitting around while I drove the loaner. Their concern for me is outstanding and I am a first time Ford owner. I believe that we owners of Klaben products, all get the same TLC. I have had other new cars and no one has cared for me and my car like Klaben employees have. I will return for my next new car, my next oil change and tire rotation and whatever else I need. By the way, the cookies and donuts in the waiting area are very good! Service with a smile and a treat component. More
