I recently bought a car from Klaben, and should I need to buy a car again, I will definitely be returning to their dealership. I could tell that Danny was most concerned with getting me the car that would best fit my needs within my budget. Danny was more concerned with getting the best price possible for me than I was. It was clear that he was working for me and not just for a commission. All in all, my experience was great buying my first car, and I would highly recommend Klaben as a dealership and Danny Sawyer as a dealer to anyone looking for a car. More

I really don't consider that I do buisness with a dealer, I do business with a person. The person that I delt with was Don Batten, I trust Don, I worked with Don in the past on other car purchases, t dealer, I do business with a person. The person that I delt with was Don Batten, I trust Don, I worked with Don in the past on other car purchases, this makes probably the 10th car or truck that I have bought from Don. At the other dealership, I felt that Don had to fight with his managers to make the deal, where as at Klaben it was more along the lines of we want you to be happy with your purchase and we won't sell you a car unless you are. I got the impression that they wanted me there and to be happy weather I bought a car or not. There was never any push or preassure to "sign" the papers, the price was less than what I thought that I would have to pay, And when I got into financing, Jenn was very patient and made sure that I fully understood everything on the loan papers. I had called earlier in the week and had made an appointment with Don Batten and gave him an idea of what I was looking for, when my wife and I arrived, he had a representitive model out and ready for our inspection and test drive, after a serious test drive and a color change we purchased the car, and filing out all the paper work took longer than making the deal happen, it was that easy.
