I took my Escape into Klaben because a door catch was giving me problems when opening/closing the driver's door. I walked in and was met by a smiling and friendly face, which is a rarity these days. The service and knowledge I received at Klaben was outstanding. The salesman, JP Marozzi, was very understanding and knowledgeable when it came to any question I had. I was looking between a used jeep patriot or a used ford fusion and was able to test drive both. JP did not try to push me into a new car which is what happened when I bought my first car. After driving both I told JP I would rather go with the Jeep because I sat higher and could see more of the road. And he offered me a third option of the Ford Escape, which is ultimately what I went with. I had not looked at a ford escape before but after taking it for a test drive and reading up on it I knew this was the car for me. JP also helped me out when it came to explaining the warranty the car came with as that part always gets tricky for me. Overall I was extremely pleased with the experience and will definitely be directing people to Klaben when they are in need of a car. More
