Rewarding Experience I was at Quick Lanes getting a regular oil change with tire rotation. They called my attention to the excessive tread wear on my 2015 Goodyear tires. I was at Quick Lanes getting a regular oil change with tire rotation. They called my attention to the excessive tread wear on my 2015 Goodyear tires. Since the tires had a 70,000 mile warranty and I had only put 30,000 on them, I went back to where I purchased them...no coverage. They suggested I go back to the dealership to have the suspension checked out. As soon as I met Mike, he knew what the problem was--driving on overinflated tires. That made sense. My 2007 Fusion had old changes every 3,000-4,000 miles. My 2013 Escape only required oil changes every 6,000 miles so they weren't adjusted as they should have been. As a widow, what did I know? Mike and I made a plan--a new tire, tire rotation and alignment and have the pressure checked often. We had to wait several days to go back to buy it because of our schedule. Don kept in touch with us during that time. No pressure but just keeping us updated. When we went to buy he kept us entertained with stories while we waited to get to financing! Quite a character! And we also got to meet with Andy who really made it an easy decision to buy with klaben! Very nice guy! And then we got to work with Christine in financing who was efficient and explained everything to us as we went thru the paperwork. Made it very comfortable and non stressful. Nobody likes to do the financing! All in all i was forced to buy a new vehicle because of an accident and i am thankful to all the people we dealt with at this Klaben who made it a little easier to have to go thru this process!! More

As a previous buyer unhappy with the Escape I purchased from Nick, a salesman that was no longer with Klaban. I called the store and explained to Nate my situation. The Escape Titanium I got was supposed to have 4 Wheel drive but I had gotten stuck several times and found it wasn’t 4 Wheel drive. Nate talked to his manager and scheduled an appointment. To make along story short he was able to get me in another Escape SEL meeting my needs. I can’t thank him enough for his help. We love our new Ford. More
