He worked very closely with Mr. Klaben to find me the best deal and the best vehicle. Within two hours of arrival at the dealership, I had gotten financing arranged and picked out my vehicle. Finishing the paperwork for the purchase and taking delivery of the car was very quick and efficient. My sales person then spent time showing me the features of the car in detail. Always Satisfied with Klabens Service Separtment I have used the service department at Klaben Ford since 1988 for vehicles that I have purchased and leased over the years from Klaben Ford. I have use I have used the service department at Klaben Ford since 1988 for vehicles that I have purchased and leased over the years from Klaben Ford. I have used the service department dozens of times and have always had a good experience with each visit. I also like how clean and comfortable the waiting room is and they also have refreshments and donuts which makes the visit very nice. My recent service was for a recall on my 2006 Ford Rangers air bags. I was notified by Ford to park the vehicle and not to drive it until the dangerous air bag situation was taken care of. I contacted the service department at Klaben and spoke to Brandon about the recall on my truck. He took care of everything. He had my truck towed to the dealership and took care of the recall issues and then my truck was brought back to my house once the work was completed. It doesn't get any better than that.
