Management does whatever it takes to resolve any vehicle issues. They really do care about their customers. That is why we returned to Klaben to buy another Lincoln. Our salesman showed us the many features on our new Lincoln, and invited us back for a "refresher course" as we got more acquainted (and had additional questions) with our car and with the technology. The staff has been pleasant, positive and very helpful. The dealership is modern, bright ( as in well lit) and clean. The showroom is comfortable and there is ample seating. I recommend Klaben Ford Lincoln....their customer service is 5 stars! More

He made my payments low enough that I can afford to drive it and enjoy it. I have never met anyone in my 58 years of driving that has ever been so kind and so helpful. From the beginning, we felt comfortable with him...no pressure, no hype...answered and completely explained questions and/or concerns. We bought a Lincoln at that time. Today, we bought our fifth vehicle from Gary. He still worked just as hard to find the right vehicle at the right price to meet our needs. Upon delivery, we met Natalie, who guided us through the documents at closing. She worked with us with the same courtesy and effort that Gary did. This has to be the way they are guided from the management. Everyone at that dealership from Sales to Service to Parts have been great people. More
