Management does whatever it takes to resolve any vehicle issues. They really do care about their customers. That is why we returned to Klaben to buy another Lincoln. Our salesman showed us the many features on our new Lincoln, and invited us back for a "refresher course" as we got more acquainted (and had additional questions) with our car and with the technology. The staff has been pleasant, positive and very helpful. The dealership is modern, bright ( as in well lit) and clean. The showroom is comfortable and there is ample seating. I recommend Klaben Ford Lincoln....their customer service is 5 stars! More
