We live in PA but decided to try it. We were treated with respect with no pressure to buy and felt comfortable there. This time, we just called Mike and told him what we wanted. He had our vehicle there in a few days. The paperwork was done and it was ready to go when we got there. Mike is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all of our questions. He returns calls in a timely manner and is willing to help with any problems that may arrise. I would definitely recommend Mike at Klaben Ford. More
