Best Buying Experience Ever Over the years, we have bought many cars from many dealerships. I can honestly say that this is the best experience we have ever had. We received immediate contact from Jim Valesky after sending an email through their website, he gathered information on our trade over the phone and began working on that, and kept in touch as he knew we were heading to the dealership that day. The dealership was easy to locate and upon arriving, we were greeted and received immediate attention. Jim had the SUV cleaned, indoors, and perfectly prepared for us to see upon arriving. We were able to inspect it over inside a warm, well-lit bay (one of my favorite parts!) After a test drive in rainy, sloppy weather, we returned to the dealership, very easily and fairly negotiated a deal, and within a short time, the car was returned to us beautifully cleaned and ready to go. This was stress-free and there was no pressure at all. Nick completed all the financial paperwork very quickly and efficiently, and we really enjoyed meeting him. We had a personal tour of the MKT's features and before leaving, Jim even suggested a restaurant for us to eat dinner. It was as good as he had told us, and even called us to make sure we didn't get lost on the way. For us, this was a first-rate experience and I will definitely return to Klaben's when needing other vehicles. When you are in need of a new or used vehicle, you will not go wrong checking Klaben's out. Ask for Jim and I promise you won't be disappointed. Delivery wrong Pkg. Called Mike Monday to let him know I didn't get the 301A Pkg. on my new Escape. He said I told him I didn't need all those. Extras. What I told him was I didn't need to many extras. At the time I said I didn't need. A moonroof or navigation. I asked him to fax me a copy of the order so I would know what I was getting. I later called him back and asked him to add navigation. I also told Mike I didn't want the monthly payment to be over $317.00 . He later called back and said Mr. Klaben was able to add it on and the payment would only be $312.00 Never received a fax at any time showing what was ordered!
