JUST BOUGHT A NEW FORD THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE AT KLABEN FORD WARREN OHIO. WE HAVE NEVER BEFORE BEEN TREATED LIKE WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE DEALERSHIP. WE TOLD THEM WHAT WE WANTED AND NICK (CANNOT SPELL HIS LAST NAME) FINANCE MANAGER WAS SO NICE AND HELLPFUL TO US. HE TOOK US TO MATTHEW COXSON SALESMAN. WHAT A WONDERFUL PERSON. HE ASKED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. TOOK US TO THE FOCUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. HE LET US TAKE THE CAR FOR A RIDE WITH HIM. I LOVED IT. WE BOUGHT IT AND JUST PICKED IT UP TODAY.
