Very disappointed in the outcome. Brought my car in for two minor annoyances. Cooled seats weren't cooling...and Shaker radio volume was terrible...too low. Both conditions were said to be "within normal operating conditions" of the system. In other words...they are broke from the Factory...and you're out of luck. Was disappointed that no one could figure out why they operated badly. If I knew this when I purchased the car...I would not have wasted my money and ordered these two very expensive options.
