Had my Lincoln all summer My Lincoln MKT sat at the lot for service since the middle of June and I jus got it back on September 9th. And now I have issues that I didn’t have b4 My Lincoln MKT sat at the lot for service since the middle of June and I jus got it back on September 9th. And now I have issues that I didn’t have b4 I dropped it off. My interior had a mildew smell and they told me there was mold under my dash but I don’t understand why. My car never leaked rain so someone there had to leave a window open the whole time it’s been sitting. So now I have to figure out what they can do about the issues I’m having. Power seat don’t work, ac won’t blow, gps screen discolored and that jus what I figured out driving home. More

The works oil change After years of outstanding service this oil change was very poorly done. Within 2 days our power steering started to make small wining noise. My husba After years of outstanding service this oil change was very poorly done. Within 2 days our power steering started to make small wining noise. My husband checks the fluid only to find it extremely low. The service we paid for was to check all fluids and top them off. We live 20 plus miles from the service provider so he replaced it at the nearest auto parts store. Which for us is still 12 miles as we live in a very rural area. Anyone can make a mistake but didn’t appreciate the fact our vehicle wasnt properly serviced. More

They are extremely friendly and attentive to my specific needs. They accommodate my tight time schedule and always update me on how my truck is running. Since I strictly use my truck to haul my horses it is vital that all issues are taken care of before I end up broken down on the side of the road with my horses in the trailer. I would recommend the service department to anyone needing maintenance on their vehicle. I will not take my truck anywhere else. More
