It's always been my go to to purchase & to repair but after being told they couldn't check my brakes until almost 10 days when you tell them they almost go out was a bit disconcerting especially when I j after being told they couldn't check my brakes until almost 10 days when you tell them they almost go out was a bit disconcerting especially when I just spent 4000 bucks on repairs and part of that was about antisocial break system. I feel lied to as well since my works always says my brake pads were in green & I just had my car in for the works & all green! My pads did need replaced & air removed from my brake line. I don't trust the work or the diagnoses from your service dept anymore. :( More

Buying a new car from Klaben Ford of Warren is the right move. When you drive that car off of the lot, no one forgets that you have been there, and if any problems arise, later on, there is someone clo move. Mike Klaben has earned his pristine reputation by standing beside his customers if ever needed, and I myself have seen the man get involved in matters to help others out during a time when I do not believe he legally had to ! I have bought two new cars from Stacy Dennis over the past ten years and I have no doubts that she will also be there if ever needed. I have been told by others that the Klaben staff who keep the vehicles running are the best in the business, and in my experiences there, I have to agree with that ……… More

I brought my Lincoln in for an oil change and asked them to look at the back seat armrest as it would not open. I was quoted a price of $104.00 to replace it. When I asked did they try to fix it, the answer to look at the back seat armrest as it would not open. I was quoted a price of $104.00 to replace it. When I arrived home, I thought hmmm, maybe I should try one more time before spending $104.00 on a new one, so I looked at my key ring and decided to use the small circular key ring as it seemed small enough to fit in the corner of the arm rest without causing any damage. To my surprise the cup holder glided out of the armrest without hesitation, it was stuck NOT broken, as I was told. I wiped the cup holder off, even though it was not dirty, and since then it has opened every time. Was this not addressed by the mechanic because I am a woman, because of incentive, was he even told to assess it? I do not know. I thought about blasting Klaben on Facebook but thought that it would not be fair to Klaben as a whole, since I feel, I was lied to by the intake person. More
