I've been taking my car to Klaben Ford for years and they do great work. Today service representative Mario Palomba suggested that my car's alignment should be checked (free) along with the oil change and t do great work. Today service representative Mario Palomba suggested that my car's alignment should be checked (free) along with the oil change and tire rotation they were already going to do. I said yes. The service department did the review and noticed that 2 of the 4 tires were out of alignment. I asked how much it would cost to get them aligned and he said $99. At the time, I didn't have extra money to do this so I told him I would wait and do it at a later date. There was a small miscommunication in the service department and they did it any way. Mario made absolutely sure that I wasn't charged for this service as I had not requested it. Thank you for your integrity and all of your hard work. More
