Body Shop Repairs-MKX When I shut the garage door before shutting the gate on my newly purchased MKX my heart sunk. Nate Bryant, my sales consultant told me to call him if I needed anything. Feeling awful about my negligence I contacted Nate. Nate asked me to meet him at his office. When I arrived, he escorted me to the Klaben Body Shop and stayed with me the entire time while the damage was being assessed by manager Artie Gissinger. Nate certainly went above and beyond making certain I was in good hands. Artie and his team repaired my MKX to perfection. I appreciated Artie's patience and willingness to go above and beyond. I just can say enough about this Klaben Family. Thank you Nate and Artie! More

Quick, convenient, awesome! There was a small chip in the screen inside my car. I took the car in to get looked at, and so they could order the part. Within less than a week, the There was a small chip in the screen inside my car. I took the car in to get looked at, and so they could order the part. Within less than a week, they were able to replace. However, with my busy work schedule, I needed to make sure I had a car to use and that the service was done quick. My sales guy went out of his way to swap cars with me at my work, and then when the service was done, he again went out of his way to bring the car back to me. It was an overall very satisfying visit. The repairs were made and Klaben made it super convenient for me! More

Brake replacement service On 7/27 my front brakes andctotors were replaced. I drove my car and found the brakes to be soft and had to press harder than normal to make the brake On 7/27 my front brakes andctotors were replaced. I drove my car and found the brakes to be soft and had to press harder than normal to make the brakes work. Within a few days after, my brakes started to make a grinding noise. On 8/8 I had my car back in the shop. The brake pins on the right side were put in backwards. My service center rep Mike Brandvold was very good and explained the situation. My concern is how much damage had been done to New brake pads and rotors. Mike assured me there was no damage. I will monitor the brakes for wear compared to he left. I have had all service to my car done by Klaben and am loyal to Ford. but I am not satisfied with the mechanical service on my brakes. My service center ratings below reflect this incident only. More
