The service manager, Tom Alcorn personally got involved and took the initiative to call me twice to follow up. The service writer I am lucky enough to be dealing with is Anthony Wilson. Anthony is the most polite and knowledgeable service writer I have ever encountered. Perhaps that is the culture in this service department because Tom Alcorn is a true professional. I have purchased many new cars in my life including Toyotas, Hondas, Jeep and even a new Mercedes. I have never had better service anywhere and I am truly appreciative. My next Ford is from Klaben. Everyone I dealt with - from phone operator to my service writer t I didn't think it was possible to be this happy about taking my car in for service! Everyone I dealt with - from phone operator to my service writer to the gentleman who took the initiative to get my car over to the service department after I dropped it off at the quick lane in error - was so beyond helpful to me. All of my concerns were addressed with patience and professionalism - I was treated like the most important customer, just like every other customer that day, I'm sure. BODYSHOP REPAIR OF OUR FUSION Our 3rd visit (three different vehicles) to the body shop. Two were not Ford products but it did not matter to Artie. On the 2nd visit there was a need for a return visit(window button did not work on the door that was repaired), Artie verified the concern and got our vehicle in that day and had it repaired!
