Excellent service I came in because another dealership made a mistake while doing a recall job fixing my door latch. The whole thing took just over and hour and I was impressed by their service skills. They also have a great lounge/waiting room with soda and donuts. Within hours the dealership service center had diagnosed the problem and come up with a solution. There was no reason for us to be concerned that Klaben would give us the "run-around" -- they replaced the windshield, steam cleaned the rugs, and detailed the car with no charge to us. They also gave us a loaner off the lot, which minimized our inconvenience with this newly-purchased car. More
