Mona Crooks was absolutely wonderful! I got my appointment date mixed up, and was actually a week early. Mona got me right in, despite the fact that I was early. I was having "issues" with my brakes, another nationwide chain was unable to diagnose the problem. Took my Explorer to Klaben, which I should have done in the first place, and the problem was dis nationwide chain was unable to diagnose the problem. Have dealt with Klaben and Mona Crooks in the past, and have always been very happy with the care and service. I am never advised to purchase and/or fix things that are not necessary. Everyone is friendly and helpful at Klaben. My husband and I purchased a vehicle earlier this year from Klaben, and when another vehicle is needed we will definitely buy from Klaben again. I communicated with Tex Welch recently when my mother was having problems with the transmission on her 2012 Ford Focus. She and my father purchased many cars from Klaben Ford through the years and most of t having problems with the transmission on her 2012 Ford Focus. Tex has always been helpful, friendly and eager to please. He even picked up the car at my mother's house and took it for a test drive to see if he could experience the same problem she had been having when she drove it.
