Great first service experience This was the first service for my new truck. I had a slight wind noise by the driver's windows that I wanted fixed. The service department couldn't du This was the first service for my new truck. I had a slight wind noise by the driver's windows that I wanted fixed. The service department couldn't duplicate the issue immediately, but didn't just send me on my way like most service departments would. They had another employee drive it as well, and with some extra input from me, they were able to find it. After it was repaired they made it a point to take it on the exact same stretch of road at the exact same speed to make sure it was right before returning the truck to me. I feel like they went the extra mile, which isn't exactly the norm anymore. I dealt directly with three different employees in the service department and all were helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. More

Escape Windows We have a new to us 2015 Ford Escape that within the first 6 weeks of ownership the window controls from the driver door started not to operate proper We have a new to us 2015 Ford Escape that within the first 6 weeks of ownership the window controls from the driver door started not to operate properly. We made an appointment with Klaben Ford to have it fixed. The appointment went fine, service consultant was helpful, but they had to order the replacement part and we needed to come back when it was delivered. Although it took an extra couple of days to be delivered, once it was in they allowed us to bring our car in that same day & it took less than 1 hour for everything to be completed. They also washed the car on both visits which was nice especially since it was winter. More

Very fast and very friendly This was my first time at this Ford dealership and service center. I had an oil change, tire rotation and all fluids and filters checked. Kyle was fantastic Our car is equipped with hand controls so that my husband can drive it, and when the engine light kept coming on, I panicked. I called Klaben from the car and was put through to Kyle. He listened with empathy and had me drive the car in immediately. Since the car also was being recalled for a latch problem, he arranged for us to have a loaner car (same model so that the wheelchair would fit in the back) and had both problems addressed at the same time. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He was sympathetic and efficient and got the job done that very day. I didn't pick up our car until the next morning, but I was so grateful to have it fixed (there was some sort of valve problem that was still under warranty) and didn't have to pay a cent. More

Finally resolved Service teck KYLE SOTT made it a priority to solve my dead battery problems. I would leave the car sit for 3 days and end up with a dead battery.
