After getting order written my vehicle sat in the parking lot until 9:30A at which time I asked when they planned to start on my vehicle. I was told they were "Backed up" and would get to it soon. Seeing that they were only open for one hour I can't understand how you can get "backed up" and why even make a reservation if it means nothing. Needless to say I cancelled the alignment and will have it done elsewhere. I have dealt with Klaben for many years (3 cars bought) and I am very disappointed in the service at Quicklane. Definitely rethinking my future service needs and purchase. More

He happened to be with my fiance' when I informed my fiance' I needed to replace my bulb and thought I could do it myself (you have to be handy when you're a mom of 2 girls). Brandon recommended that i contact Pat Sandy at Quick Lane to assist me. Brandon actually met me at Quick Lane and helped me get set up with all that I needed. The staff at Quick Lane was amazing and so sweet and helpful and fixed my car quickly!! I highly recommend Brandon Brinko to everyone I meet...and after today i also recommend Pat Sandy at Quick Lane for car service!. Brandon is so knowledgeable with vehicles, he is sweet and courteous and very personable. He makes sure that you are getting what you need, and making sure you are satisfied every step of the way! He is a phenomenal person! He is always there for any needs one might have! If ever you need to purchase a vehicle, Brandon should be the one you go to! Since that time, they have not only fixed the vehicle, but have gone above and beyond to inform me of any work that should be done and to make sure that I'm satisfied with the work. They are taking measures to improve their service and it shows. Ever since the incident, they have treated me fairly and with respect. My vehicle looks great now too! More

I usually maintain my car myself and know automotives pretty well. They, just like most other places, offer free inspections and come back with a long list of "issues" that need fixed. I don't mind this so much as the fact that both times they checked my brakes and improperly reinstalled them. I have had to take them off and clean them so they don't squeek like I have no pads left. Then my car had the plastic on the seat still. The one gentleman put his lunch bag down and came over and took it from me and threw it away and apologized. We didn't mind but were surprised and impressed these gentlemen went out of their way even though they didn't have to. Just shows the care and its greatly appreciated. More

I started having brake noise and I went to Klaben to have it investigated. I had recently had brake work done at my home dealership in Indiana. I asked Service Advisor Anthony Wilson to please rush my work as I had business appointments to get to. I also asked them to please document the problems they find as best they can so that I would have something to present to my home dealership to possibly get a refund for my costs at Klaben for the repairs that had to be done to fix the shoddy work done at my home. They did both in a very professional manner explaining the causes of the problems and even showing (and boxing some to take with me) the reasons why my brakes weren't working properly. They fixed the problem and got me off on my way with the needed paperwork. Friendly, accommodating and professional with good coffee, fruit and donuts in the waiting area. Anthony communicated very well through the whole process and is an excellent gentleman. More
