I was having "issues" with my brakes, another nationwide chain was unable to diagnose the problem. Have dealt with Klaben and Mona Crooks in the past, and have always been very happy with the care and service. I am never advised to purchase and/or fix things that are not necessary. Everyone is friendly and helpful at Klaben. My husband and I purchased a vehicle earlier this year from Klaben, and when another vehicle is needed we will definitely buy from Klaben again. I communicated with Tex Welch recently when my mother was having problems with the transmission on her 2012 Ford Focus. Took my car in to get oil change/tire rotation and some warranty work. Joe French scheduled my cars so I could drop the first off, get it serviced, and drop off the other to have work done on it when I pic warranty work.
