One small detail was missed I go to Klaban for all of my service and oil change needs. I'm usually very pleased as I was with this service opportunity. However, this time the tech forgot to reset the "change oil soon" message. It wasn't on before I took it in for an oil change, however, it is now. I haven't had a chance to reset it myself. Not a big issue but details are always important. More
Klaben's Service is Adequate, Ford Motor Co. DRASTIC! While it took Klaben's service dept. several days to diagnose and repair the electric power steering on our Escape, we believe Ford Motor Company is R While it took Klaben's service dept. several days to diagnose and repair the electric power steering on our Escape, we believe Ford Motor Company is REMISS in their handling of recalls and warranties on this vehicle in-as-much as there having been over a million Excapes and pickup trucks with this same defective part. Since the replaced steering column lasted only 30,000 miles, it appears that the factory replacement was not an original or new part. After all, tires and brakes last longer than this. For Ford to maintain its good reputation, you should treat your faithful customers with more dignity and honesty when original parts have been determined to have been defective. This ended up costing us over $1,000.00, when it should have been covered by the factory recall. More

Caring and Thorough! I have been having my vehicles serviced at Klaben Ford in Kent since I purchased a used ford Fusion from them a few years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere I have been having my vehicles serviced at Klaben Ford in Kent since I purchased a used ford Fusion from them a few years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else now! Eric my service representative is excellent. He is very caring and makes sure that my vehicle is in top shape. I come for the usual oil change and tire rotation service, but they are always willing to check on noises or concerns I may be having. I always feel like I get a fair price on additional services that may be required on my used vehicle. Thanks so much! Old fashioned customer service at it's best! More
Satisfied with Service deartment A couple of years ago, my wife and I bought our third car from Kenny King. This time we bought a 2014 Focus. A couple of months into having the car, A couple of years ago, my wife and I bought our third car from Kenny King. This time we bought a 2014 Focus. A couple of months into having the car, my wife and I both noticed an a bothersome vibration when we start from a dead stop. So I brought that in and the clutch was reprogrammed. That greatly improved the situation, but it did not eradicate it. I continued to have dialog with Kenny and Mike Branvold about it. I was informed that for that model and year - Ford introduced a new concept for their transmissions. Ford was now acutely aware of the issues I was having, and they were working on a redesign. A couple of months ago, I got a letter from Ford that another update was available for that transmission. So I used the opportunity for an oil change to get that taken care of as well. Kyle Sott was very up front with what was to be done. He called me later in the afternoon to tell me the clutch had failed the diagnostics ans was to be replaced with not duplicates of the original parts - but redesigned parts to take care of this issue. When I drove the car out of the dealership - I was stunned. The car was behaving exactly like I thought it should - extremely smooth shifting. Ford held true to their promise. They recognized the issue and came up with a working solution. Well done, all. More
