Service desk guys can be a bit rude sometimes, they pick and choose who they want to give good service to. I had my kids there a week before Halloween getting my car serviced, I was told that it’ll be a 2 h and choose who they want to give good service to. I had my kids there a week before Halloween getting my car serviced, I was told that it’ll be a 2 hour wait and it ended up being over 3 hours just for a basic oil change and tire rotation, I had an appointment and still ended up waiting when I got there my car was second in line, there were 4 cars that came after me and they all were done before mine was. Also there were some employees who were setting up what looks kinda like trunk or treat and a air balloon in the parking lot, one employee had a hard time trying to plug up the air balloon to an outlet and starting cursing and using profanity in front of my 3 year old and a 4 year old. This is my Review, not that it would matter but since you asked. More

Went in for a simple oil change with a appointment and it took 3 hours to get my car serviced. What is the point of making a appointment if I'm just going to wait that long for something simple.
