Fantastic dealership for first car purchase! When we started looking for cars, Koeppel Mazda was the first dealership we visited. We were greeted by Eduard, and quickly shown the options and then taken for a test drive! Even though we test drove some other cars too, we were sold on the CX-5. They were very helpful and answered all our questions, helping alleviate a lot of the stress of buying a new car for the first time! Once we were finally ready to pull the trigger, the whole process went very quickly, and they even gave us some helpful advice for when we're ready to buy our next car! Great Experience My wife and I walked into Koeppel Mazda just to browse around and immediately Chris greeted us and offered his assistance. My previous lease (Nissan Rogue) wasn't up till January 2019 so basically I was just trying to get some numbers. With my past experiences with other dealerships, a salesman will usually brush me off because they know that to make a sale with me is slim to none. However, Chris was not like the other salesmen I had met, he continue to offer his help without being pushy. To make a very long story short, we ended up leasing a vehicle from Chris. He gave me a number and I could have used that number by going to another dealership but Chris was such a gentleman I didn't feel right doing that. Therefore, we walked out with a new vehicle the next day. Great job Chris and thank you! More

A week before, we took our vehicle there to address manufacturer recalls and discovered that there were so many other issues with our car. Saiful helped us to explore our option and after careful consideration, we decided to trade our vehicle for a much more efficient vehicle. We've no regrets. The process took some time but Saiful and Raul Jaminian stayed with us until the end of the day. They sat with us and gave us a full tutorial before we left. Even when other employees left, they insisted on doing their due diligence to ensure that we were satisfied. We are so proud to have met them and to be a part of the Mazda family. I recommend Koeppel to anyone who needs a vehicle or just expert advice. There, you'll be treated like a human being instead of just another sale to be made. We want to thank Saiful and Raul Jaminian for their kindness and we will surely spread the word. Raul is an amazing person. Great experience Koeppel Mazda was the first dealership we came to to look at SUVs. Chris introduced himself to us and gave us the tour of the CPO CX-5 options on the Koeppel Mazda was the first dealership we came to to look at SUVs. Chris introduced himself to us and gave us the tour of the CPO CX-5 options on the lot. We took one that interested us out for a test drive, thanked Chris, and continued with our search. Over the next 2 weeks, we visited 4 other dealerships, looking at other CX-5s, a CRV, and a Rogue. During those 2 weeks, he followed up with us via email and was available to answer any questions we had without pressuring us in any way. After settling on the CX-5 as our new car, we found that no other dealership was able to match the internet deal price point and warranty protection that Chris and Koeppel were able to offer. We returned to Koeppel and asked for Chris again so that we could finalize our negotiation. We took the CX-5 out for a final test drive, closed our negotiation with Chris that day, and we were able to pick up our car the next weekend. Chris was professional, engaging, and knowledgeable. At no time over the 2-3 week shopping/purchasing experience did we feel rushed, hassled, pressured, or uncomfortable by/with Chris. We plan to have this car for 10 years, but they will certainly be worthy of consideration for our next purchase. The available ice cream was a nice touch on those hot days! More
