Truck needed a part that was discovered during service at last visit. Part was ordered and I got a text saying the part was in and to schedule an appt for it to be installed. I called the service advisor a last visit. Part was ordered and I got a text saying the part was in and to schedule an appt for it to be installed. I called the service advisor and asked him to verify that the Gear Shift Module for my truck was definitely in and ready for installation. He checked and told me yes, definitely the GSM was in. The day before my appt I got a call from the Service Advisor that he just learned that the wrong part had been shipped. Huh? That's exactly why I called and confirmed with the SA that the appropriate part was in before I scheduled the appointment. How unfortunate. Very bad customer service as I work out of the local area and had taken leave for this appointment to take care of this issue. Very disappointed. More
