Staff didn’t seem prepared, organized nor interested. I’ve dealt with Fred Beans Ford in PA and Ciocca Ford Lawrenceville. Both provided a superior experience in comparison. Service Representative recommended services that were recently completed at Ford dealer in PA. Will not return to Koons. More
