I am writing to formally report deceptive business practices and a breach of warranty by the dealership. The dealership refused to honor their written 90-day/1,000-mile guarantee, forcing me to pay ov practices and a breach of warranty by the dealership. The dealership refused to honor their written 90-day/1,000-mile guarantee, forcing me to pay over $200 out-of-pocket at an independent shop for repairs that should have been covered. Furthermore, the dealership charged me above the agreed vehicle price, falsely claimed services were completed when they were not, and rushed the process by limiting the test drive to under two miles.They also failed to offer a pre-purchase inspection and violated state law by not displaying a legally required 'As-Is' Buyers Guide on the vehicle windows. Finally, the staff—spanning finance, management, and service—exhibited severe communication failures, ignoring my repeated calls for weeks regarding urgent vehicle safety concerns.
