I was pleasantly surprised as I expected the new truck purchase to be a tedious ordeal. It wasn't. Charlitta was a pleasure to work with. Terri Norris was efficient and not pushy. Very disappointing. .... dropped my 2019 F-150 off for a transmission computer tuneup as a result of hard up and down shifting in the lower gears 4 and below and the hig .... dropped my 2019 F-150 off for a transmission computer tuneup as a result of hard up and down shifting in the lower gears 4 and below and the higher gears 7,8 and 9. The transmission was doing exactly what the Ford Technical alert described. I had previously had the transmission computer tuneup at 60K miles that corrected the rough shifting. I was informed the transmission could not be corrected with a computer tuneup (approx. 141,000 miles) $399.00 and that I was going to need a Transmission rebuild or replacement to the tune of $6-$8,000. I chose to get a second opinion. My 2019 F150 is running and shifting very well again with a transmission flush and fluid replacement for the price of $250. You may want to save some advertising money/mailing/email by taking me off your list. I really don't trust your Service personnel or Transmission mechanic. DonH More
