easy and easy out however I had a prepaid loan prior to coming in. Did not have to deal with the finance department. Also, no front floor matts with car called to see if that was forgotten or what happene coming in. Did not have to deal with the finance department. My husband called and spoke to Wes Fowler that morning. Wes had the car waiting when we walked in the door. Few minutes later, test drive. We knew what we wanted and Wes worked hard to make the deal. Koons Ford of Annapolis is all around top notch. My car has an issue which the tech has been addressing (electronic touch dashboard issue). They have replaced it multiple times and it is not an eas My car has an issue which the tech has been addressing (electronic touch dashboard issue). They have replaced it multiple times and it is not an easy job to take everything apart and get it all back together without breaking any parts. There is just one touch point on this pad that is not working at this time. That is to increase the temperature. I feel it’s almost not right to rate the company 4 stars because of this but it has taken days and even weeks of my car not being available for my own use. Great place for service for your vehicles. More
