To take 2. 5 hours to complete an oil change is ridiculous. The whole point of a "Quick Lane" is to move customers through quickly. I was in line before opening, 5 hours to complete an oil change is ridiculous. The whole point of a "Quick Lane" is to move customers through quickly. I was in line before opening, I was the 7th vehicle. Either the staffing was wrong or there is incompetence at play here. Either way, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. You should take a look at how Hagerstown Ford does it. They get you in and out quickly. They respect my time. More

Oil change requested not done, trailer fault module message put 17 miles on vehicle with 2 techs and could not verify. Received important recall notice -successful trailer module reprogramming in the message put 17 miles on vehicle with 2 techs and could not verify. But when the boat trailer is hooked up to the truck there are still codes that say boat disconnected, brake pads need to be replaced as well other codes that are incorrect More
