I drive across the country from the West coast in my F250 with a truck camper on it every year. I always have it serviced at Koons Ford of Annapolis before I leave to drive back the 4500 miles. Wonderful experience at Koons. Set my appt on my app, was greeted immediately when I arrived, and Mike White was assigned to help me with my two repairs/concerns. Tommy was very attentive to my specific needs, he breaks the stereotype of the sleazy car salesman and I feel like he actually had my best interests in mind when choosing my Bronco.
