I did buy my car here, and while I’m happy with the vehicle itself, the sales experience was disappointing. I asked for protection items (trunk cover, wheel locks, rubber mats, and bumper cover) to be vehicle itself, the sales experience was disappointing. I asked for protection items (trunk cover, wheel locks, rubber mats, and bumper cover) to be included. I was told the tires had wheel locks (they don’t), the salesperson didn’t know what a bumper cover was (it’s listed on their own website), and the mats that were initially agreed to were later removed from the deal. When I presented a competitor’s offer $1,010 lower, I was told it was “only a $10 difference.” The dealership could improve on honesty and transparency during negotiations. More

Great experience at Koons Volvo. Kevin was our product specialist on July 7th when my wife and I were looking for a new vehicle for her. She test drove three XC60's and decided on an ultra trim in Crystal White. After riding in this vehicle for a little over two weeks I decided to look at one for myself. On July 24th I purchased an XC60 ultra in Vapour Gray. Kevin was the product specialist for my vehicle as well. He is very knowledgeable of the products from Volvo and was able to answer every question we had and then demonstrate the process for us which was extremely helpful. I've never had a better new car dealer experience. When considering your next vehicle purchase I highly recommend stopping in to see Kevin at Koons Volvo. More
