Larry was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to carefully review my account, identified that I had an existing tire protection package I was unaware of, and ultimately saved me He took the time to carefully review my account, identified that I had an existing tire protection package I was unaware of, and ultimately saved me from spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily. He was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I especially appreciated that he gave thoughtful recommendations without trying to upsell services I didn’t need. He also took the time to explain the condition of my tires clearly and helped resolve an issue with my wheel lock key that had become very stressful. This was one of the best service experiences I’ve had at a dealership, and I’ll absolutely continue working with Larry moving forward. More
