Let me just say I relate car buying to having a root canal as I absolutely hate the high pressure sales tactics and sitting around the dealership with all the back and forth but with Koons it was so eas canal as I absolutely hate the high pressure sales tactics and sitting around the dealership with all the back and forth but with Koons it was so easy and a great experience as negotiations were all done through text! As a mom of 4 and being self employed I’m very busy and always on the go so that made my life a lot easier they also gave me the max for my trade which was more then I expected. Buddy my sales guy was very upfront about every dollar I would be spending and He was super nice and courteous even answering my millions of questions when he was off the clock.
