AWESOME END-To-END SERVICE I live near Virginia Beach and I contacted the dealer on a pre-owned Suburban LTZ. The entire experience from the Internet Sales Associate to the Product Specialist, to Finance was absolutely seamless! Most dealerships take hours to sell you a vehicle, at Koons White Marsh the entire experience was less than an hour! My Product Specialist, Micaiah W. was phenomenal. He actually personally delivered my vehicle to me nearly 5 hours away (for free). I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted!
