We sent countless days and many hours(sometimes all day) at several dealersh My husband and I tried for almost two years to get a used chevy Traverse. We sent countless days and many hours(sometimes all day) at several dealerships in Baltimore, only to get let down. We were referred to Koons White Marsh and we are so glad we went there. Not only did we get the vehicle we wanted, but it has everything we need and it is in the color we wanted. It's also brand new!!!! From the parking lot, to the lobby, to the front door, to the front desk, to our sales person to finance to our onstar tech and to everyone else we encountered, the service was beyond excellent. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. I just want to add that it was a chilly, rainy Monday evening as well. However, the sun was shining all in the Koons dealership thanks to the awesome staff. We were there in less than 2 hours. Our car was fully detailed with a full tank of gas(that lasted for almost 2 weeks). Richie our salesman is outstanding. We were able to complete most of our paperwork before we came in and it saved so much time. Our credit wasn't the best and he gave us great advice without making us feel bad. He really did everything he could to make sure we were in the vehicle we wanted. He really cares about his customers and their needs/wants. We now feel like he is apart of our family and we will continue to recommend him and Koons to others!! We also appreciated the use of new technology and signing all of our paperwork electronically. We saved several trees that day! All in all, out of every dealership we have ever been to, this was the absolute best experience that we have ever had! We were so pleased, that we referred a coworker and she got a car in the same week!!!!
