(He drove me to a pancake restaurant while my car was being diagnosed! And offered to arrange a trip to a shopping mall to occupy my time during the repair.) Chip values and strives to achieve the satisfaction of his customers. I value his kindness and knowledge. He is attentive to the smallest of details and ensures that the mechanics address all of my expressed concerns. Not once have I had a problem with any of the work performed here.
