This visit was unpleasant. Took too long! Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They replaced the battery without asking or notifying me. It was covered under the bumper to Took too long! Oil Change Solomon was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful. I had to ask about servicing a recall item on the truck and he already had the info that was Solomon was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful. I went to another dealer for an oil change previously and they never did anything about the recall. When asked, they said that that info was on another computer system.
