Poor Customer Service and Overpriced Took my car in for maintenance and ended up paying $160 for a diagnostics check with no service done to the car. The staff was also very rude. Lease of a new Buick Encore Luis Herra was our salesperson. Luis was EXCELLENT. He was not high pressure and answered all questions. He was very easy to talk with and felt very trustworthy. When I e-mailed to ask a question he responded right away. He went over everything in the car with us before the test drive and again upon purchase and was just great to work with. He showed us where we will go for servicing the car and how to handle things. I would say the only downside to this dealership was that we felt there were too many hands in the fire. I first made contact via: the chat. I was then told a salesperson would get back to me. I initially received an e-mail from Erin Koenig letting me know I would receive a call from a salesperson. Maybe she was who I chatted with initially. I don't know. I then received an e-mail from Lori Swenson. I spoke with Lori and set up a time to come view and test drive the vehicle. I felt as if she was reading a script when I spoke with her she used my name so often that I felt like she read off something that said (insert name here) I do have to say though that she was very friendly. I then received an e-mail from Lori confirming this appointment asking me to contact her if I needed to change the time and that she would do the same. She told me to ask for her upon arrival, which I did. The girl at the counter looked completely lost as to who I was even talking about. I had to show her the e-mail. After asking around I was told Lori had left for the day. She then put me in touch with Luis. I received I believe, a call following my appointment, from yet ANOTHER person wanting to know how my experience was. I did not reply to this call. After purchasing I received another call from Lori, which I did not return. I just feel that purchasing a vehicle is overwhelming enough, that there is no need for so many people to be in touch with you through the process. I thank Luis for making the process itself easy, He was very thorough and put us at ease. He told us to call him at any time or stop in at any time if we have any issues or questions. We felt he was very trustworthy, I cannot say enough about him. More

Happy Experience This is the third car that I purchased at John Paul's Buick, a former customer from Salentine GM. Everything went well, very courteous and dealership was clean. Didn’t have to wait long!
