Horrible Service dept had no customer service at all first time there just a horrible experience. They were rude when I asked about my trunk door not working.. the guy said oh no no our guy is about to leave for the day. I said I hope not because that was on the list of things I needed looked at today besides my oil change and that should show on your computer. Then he looked and said oh I see. No one was helpful at all. Do not reccomend! More
Made Appointment and still waited over an hour I scheduled an appointment, and when I got there they didn't have the billing ready. I had to wait for 15 minutes to make sure the oil change was free I scheduled an appointment, and when I got there they didn't have the billing ready. I had to wait for 15 minutes to make sure the oil change was free since I bought a car from them. (1st two oil changes free), then they proceeded to tell me that my wait was going to be over 1.25 hours. I don't really understand how it can take that long, especially with scheduling an appointment. More
