The staff seemed cordial and competent, particularly Xavier Bender. My principal criticism, though, is that your policy is to force me to pre-pay your credit card processing fees. Those should be included in the dealership’s business overhead, not mine. That little “gotcha” at the end, tended to sour what had been a good experience. More

So far the truck is not fixed right, after repeatedly explaining the situation between the service writer and the tech they don’t seem to understand how to wire a simple trailer connection in to a ram pi explaining the situation between the service writer and the tech they don’t seem to understand how to wire a simple trailer connection in to a ram pick up. Furthermore, the first time I went there not all the wires are even connected properly, I showed the service manager. He told me he would make it right financially, but all they did was doubled the $416. They wanted initially to 830 the truck still needs the brake module relearned and no one called me back today 10 2725 along with the video we gave them showing the lights all flashing Even with the trailer not hooked up poor Service, poor attitude and grossly overcharged.
