Andrew was open, honest and willing to work with us while understanding what we were looking for, even knowing we were working with other dealers. They knew we were coming from a bit away to see their multiple options and had the vehicles we wanted to see ready. Both Andrew and AJ (management) took time to put deal in place, even knowing we had other option(s) we were waiting on. They understood this but were not pushy in any way. In all reality we stopped pursuing the other option(s) because of them and even after leaving the dealership to discuss our options (wait on other dealers to reply), the next day everything was competed and vehicle delivered to our door with hours. It’s been quite some time since we had such open honesty and clear communication. Well done!!! More

I was severely disappointed when I went to pay for my completed oil change service. All k had done was an oil change. The estimate that I had to sign and agree to was $75, but the final bill was $50 hi completed oil change service. All k had done was an oil change. I find it hard to believe that you don’t the cost of a standard uncomplicated service like an oil change that you do on a routine basis on a vehicle that you are a franchised dealer for. Had I been given an honest estimate, I probably would have gone somewhere else for the service. Is that the reason you so blatantly lie about your estimates? More
