We dropped my Jeep off in the evening of November 18th while the service department was still open for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall. When we picked the Jeep up the next day after the work was done, we found that all of the contents of the interior cubbies- glove box, center console, and under the radio- were thrown on the passenger side floor. There was a note on the service invoice that someone was to ask us where the wheel key lock was located, so we guessed it was a careless worker looking for that. By the way it is quite obvious that my Jeep does not require a wheel lock key. After getting the Jeep home and returning the contents back to their cubbies, I noticed that my small packs of tissues were emptied and each tissue scattered on the floor. Seemed odd. Then I noticed that I was missing my phone charging cord and a net that was hung between the driver and passenger seats. Even more odd. The conclusion: Someone had broken into my Jeep and rifled through it and stole my things. There was no sign of forced entry so it was either an employee or your employee DID NOT LOCK MY JEEP and someone was easily able to steal my things. This dealership is located in a bad part of town. This should be standard procedure. The next day, my husband called the dealership and spoke to Tyler Grosvenor and he advised that he would check the cameras. We have not heard anything back as of 11/24. What an awful customer experience. It is obvious they either do not care, or this happens so often they are used to it. Either way, this is unacceptable. I would like someone to make this right for us and at least to attempt to show you care. We will be taking our vehicles to another dealership that we can actually trust in a safer neighborhood where we don’t have to worry about this happening again. In addition to all of this, the oil life was not reset. Not a small detail for an oil change at a dealership. Sloppy work. Disappointing to say the least. More
Staff is friendly, but I do not believe they are a fair dealer. They sold a vehicle that depreciated in value by thousands of dollars in one year. That vehicle needed an engine replacement within that time dealer. They sold a vehicle that depreciated in value by thousands of dollars in one year.
