Toll in a 2025 Grand Cherokee 4xe for engine warning light and charging system failure. Picked up after 3 weeks and told “Nothing wrong with it”. The was NO charge on the battery! Battery charge level w light and charging system failure. Picked up after 3 weeks and told “Nothing wrong with it”. The was NO charge on the battery! Battery charge level was ZERO when returned to me!! This indicates no attempt to charge. Complete waste of my time. Total failure of LaFontaine service department. More
