If I could leave zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Laird Noller Ford of Topeka is entirely dishonest, manipulative, and run by people with zero integrity or basic human decency. This was by far the worst business experience of my entire life. Right from the jump, they lie straight to your face. They promised they would handle a warranty cancellation for me by contacting another dealership. A week later, they completely denied ever saying it, shifted the blame, and gave me the runaround. But the worst part? They illegally lied and told me that purchasing extra warranties was required by the bank for my loan to be approved. That is an outright fraudulent lie—banks do not require warranties to approve a loan. They pull this garbage just to pad their pockets and push products you don't need. The moment you catch onto their lies and try to cancel these unnecessary warranties, their "friendly" customer service mask slips immediately. A manager “Jeremy” got on the phone with me, called me names, and tried to gaslight me by calling me a liar while they were caught red-handed breaking their own promises. Things got even worse when I went in to make my down payment. They tried to bully and threaten me with vehicle repossession over an arbitrary deadline that was never even agreed upon, all because they were mad I was canceling those warranties. When I showed up to handle my business, the finance manager “Jordan McGillis” looked right at me and had the absolute audacity to call me a "piece of xxxx human" and told me, "If it was my idea, you would have nothing." Absolute trash behavior from management. They lie, they break their word, they push illegal financing tactics, and when you call them out, they resort to personal insults and childish tantrums. Do yourself a massive favor: do not give these crooks a single penny of your money. Go anywhere else. More
