A year ago, I found a car I was looking for at Noller Ford via AutoTrader. I spoke with sales personnel and settled on a price. I did not live in Topeka and drove 2 hours to purchase the car. When I arrived, they stuck me with an additional $2,000 "Noller Advantage" program. This program included a Collision Deductible Payment warranty program - which I didn't want. However, I did end up having an insurance claim where the Deductible Payment program would pay off. But, when I went to get re-imbursement for my Deductible Payment - Noller REFUSED TO PAY!!!! I have spent many hours on hold with them and have continually been blown off. Don't buy from these crooks!! More

A little context for the review: I had purchased a used 2018 transit from Legends Toyota in Kansas City. After a few weeks I had to get it looked at for a coolant leak, power steering leak, and an ele used 2018 transit from Legends Toyota in Kansas City. After a few weeks I had to get it looked at for a coolant leak, power steering leak, and an electronic door pad for the sliding door. I didn't want to take it to the Ford dealership that Legends had a good relationship with, in Independence Missouri (I wish I would have) because I live in Topeka and that would have been a 1.5 hour drive. Legends was okay with me taking it to my local Ford dealership (Laird Noller) and they agreed to cover the $100 deductible under my comprehensive warranty with them. I also bought an extended warranty through Legends; that will be important later. First, it takes them almost a week just to look at it and determine what needed to be worked on and replaced. Then it took them another week to get the parts and replace what needed to be done. During this process the service representative claimed that Assurant (the warranty company) was being difficult and trying to make a claim through my extended warranty for the electronic door pad instead of the comprehensive coverage they were supposed to go through. Fast forward another two weeks (I had my transit back by then but was still dealing with the $382 deductible I had to pay when I wasn't supposed to pay anything) Legends Toyota found out that Laird Noller had been told by Assurant that one of the small services they performed (a $200 fluid exchange) was not covered under the warranty. When this happens, dealers are either supposed to absorb this cost or push it off to the customer. Laird Noller mentioned none of this to me, did not explain it in the invoice they charged me and maliciously slipped this into my invoice without telling me. Therefore, I was charged for this service when I told them I did not want it and just wanted the covered parts replaced. This was either due to incompetence, or an extreme betrayal to squeeze as much money as possible out of this service. Either way, I will NEVER buy a vehicle or service from this dealership in my lifetime. I will spread this to everyone I know that ever is looking for a new vehicle in my social sphere; situation like this can make a big impact in a business's reputation. I gave them several opportunities to be honest with me, and they decided to be selfish. I hope this is a lesson that can be learned, not just from Laird Noller, but other dealers as well. More
