I purchased a used truck recently. The process was smooth as my sales representative answered my questions via text/ phone. Autotrader and carfax provided pictures and history. It took about three weeks for me to realize almost everyone in the building is a liar.Ive had my brand new vehicle about three weeks and its about to go back in the shop for the second time.When I com everyone in the building is a liar.Ive had my brand new vehicle about three weeks and its about to go back in the shop for the second time.When I come to a complete stop and hit the gas the car starts shaking and doesn’t go .A guy in the service department told me that’s normal for Noller fords vehicles to do that .A day or two later the check engine light was on and my brand new vehicle was in the shop for almost a week. A finance guy (Jacob Thomas) stated to me he made some type of deal with the bank and got me a super APR rate but I would have to get a 6000 warranty.After talking to the people at the bank they informed me that I got a good interest rate because they had a flash same that months .They made NO type of deal with( Jacob Thomas) .THE worst service and most lies and xxxxxxxx I have ever seen in my life. More
